2. Our Products

We’re proud to offer our self-published book, designed and printed with care.
We make every effort to ensure that photos, descriptions, and pricing are accurate — but small variations (for example, in printing or tone) may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout using trusted provider Stripe.

We don’t store or have access to your full payment details — everything is encrypted and handled by our payment partners.

If your order is shipped outside Australia, your bank or credit card provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This means we’ve received your order — we’ll then process and ship it as soon as possible.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order for any reason (for example, stock issues or incorrect information), we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, please check our Returns & Refunds Policy for information on how to request a replacement or refund.
All returns are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose.

7. International Orders

For customers outside Australia:

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These are your responsibility and vary by destination.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your region.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, text, and images on our site — including our book and its artwork — are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email hello@6gc.com.au as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel and refund you right away. If it’s already on its way, please refer to our Returns Policy.
